Jerrakalla-Bellamu: In this ceremony the couple applied a Jerra paste on each other’s hand under the curtain. Kanyadan: This ritual is performed by Bride’s parents, first they wash Groom’s feet and then offer her their daughter. Mangalsutra: In this tradition the curtain is removed between the Bride and Groom and the Groom ties three knots of the Mangalsutra on Bride’s neck. These three knots are the symbol of physical, mental and spiritual bonding.
